ABOUT THE PROJECT
Background
Caritas Bulgaria is a Bulgarian non-profit organization implementing social work to support vulnerable people in society. Established in 1993 by decision of the Bishops’ Conference of the Catholic Church in Bulgaria, Caritas Bulgaria is a federation of Diocesan Catholic organizations.
Objective
The primary aim of this project was to develop a user-friendly and secure donation platform that facilitates efficient and transparent financial contributions to various charitable causes.
The platform seeks to increase overall donation activity by providing an engaging user experience and building trust through transparent transaction processes.
Approach
JT Design’s strategy focused on understanding the needs and preferences of potential donors to create a platform that resonated with them, emphasizing simplicity, accessibility, and transparency to inspire trust and encourage donation participation. This way we ensured that every aspect of the platform, from design to functionality, was carefully considered to foster a sense of security and trust among donors, prioritizing robust payment systems and transparent financial processes.
Deliverable
The project encompassed the design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive donation platform tailored to the specific requirements of Caritas Bulgaria. This involved creating a seamless user interface, integrating an invoice system, and establishing transparent reporting mechanisms to ensure the effective management of donations. The platform was strategically crafted to appeal to the diverse audience that supports Caritas Bulgaria’s mission.
