ABOUT THE PROJECT
Background
Job Squad is a language-centered recruitment company on a mission is to find the best candidates for long-term employment. Their platform aims to ensure a seamless onboarding process for both candidates and companies. They work mainly with language-specific jobs and offer vacancies in over 20 different languages.
Objective
The main objective for Job Squad was to develop a user-friendly application that enables users to craft their own CV or resume. The application offers different design variations and a simplified process for designing beautiful resumes that can be easily saved as a PDF format. The aim was to provide a step-by-step process guiding users in creating professional resumes and CVs.
Approach
JT Design’s strategic approach involved conducting an extensive user experience research to comprehend the needs and challenges encountered by individuals crafting CVs. This insight directed the design and functionality of the web application, prioritizing ease of use and efficiency. The design process emphasized intuitive navigation and engaging interfaces to ensure a straightforward user experience. The development utilized the latest technology to create a reliable, fast, and responsive application accessible to everyone on all devices.
Deliverable
The Job Squad web application was successfully launched and is already being used by dozens of people worldwide. This project underscores JT Design’s capability to deliver tailored digital solutions that meet critical market needs while enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.
